If your insurance plan is out of network, you are still welcome to receive care as a direct-pay patient.
For direct-pay visits:
A referral is not required to schedule an appointment at Advanced Skin & Laser Center.
Certain medical treatments, procedures, or specialty services, including Superficial Radiation Therapy (SRT)—may require prior authorization from your insurance carrier before treatment. When required, our team will assist with obtaining the necessary authorization before services are performed.
We accept:
Patients without participating insurance—or those choosing services not covered by insurance—are welcome to receive care through our direct-pay option.
Payment is due at the time services are rendered.
A surcharge or convenience fee applies to credit, debit and HSA cards payments.
Medical visits billed through insurance: A 3% surcharge applies to patient responsibility amounts paid by credit, debit, or HSA card.
Aesthetics services: A 4% convenience fee applies to credit, debit, and HSA card payments.
There is no convenience fee for cash or personal check payments.
