BLU LIGHT & LEVULAN PHOTODYNAMIC THERAPY

For acne or skin rejuvenation, we offer a unique combination of Medical microdermabrasion plus the clinically proven Levulan Kerastick and blue light procedure. Exfoliating the skin with microdermabrasion prior to the Levulan blue light will enhance your results.  

MICRO-DERMABRASION

Microdermabrasion delivers a controlled stream of micro crystals over the skin by gently polishing the skin and removing dead skin cells. It can also improve brown or rough spots in aging skin. The procedure can help acne-prone skin by unclogging blocked pores and clearing up blackheads and whiteheads. The procedure generally takes about 30 minutes, and normal activities can be resumed immediately.

SILK PEEL MICRO-DERMABRASION

At the 2003 American Academy of Dermatology convention, we learned about an advanced microdermabrasion system known as Silk Peel. The Silk Peel system uses solutions rather than crystals to achieve the polishing of the skin surface. It allows your aesthetician to provide you with hydration, bleaching for dark areas, or salicylic acid where you need it most.

DERMASWEEP

The gentle action lifts the surface of the skin as the DermaSweep wand "sweeps away" dead skin cells.  The skin is left smoother as the vacuum action of the wand stimulates blood flow, cleans the pores and removes skin debris into a HEPA filter.  The increased blood flow to the skin's  surface encourages collagen formation, thus firming and toning the epidermis as well.

CHEMICAL PEELS

Chemical peels gently remove the top layer of dead skin cells and improves skin texture and color. Treating clogged pores improves acne-prone skin and can be performed as often as every few weeks. Your skin may be pink or red for a few hours after treatment.

GLYCOLIC ACID RE-TEXTURIZING PEEL

A quick pick-me-up peel for a rapid exfoliation, with no down time, the glycolic acid re-texturizing peel gives your face a smooth refreshed glow. This 20 minute treatment is very convenient to those in need of improving texture of the skin. Your skin may be pink for a day or  you may experience post-treatment flaking.

BETA-LIFT PEEL

This is an innovative formulation of beta-hydroxy acids created by Drs. Douglas and Albert Kligman, the inventors of Retin A.  Beta peels are very well suited for conditions such as acne prone skin, rosacea, and enlarged pores. Your skin may be pink for a day or so and experience mild flaking. 

TCA (Trichloroacetic acid) PEEL 20%, 30%, 35%

The ultimate anti-aging peel for moderate to severe photo-damaged skin. When your skin is in need of more aggressive treatment for deeper wrinkles and age spots.

JESSNER /TCA (Trichloracetic acid) 20% combination

A medium depth chemical peel for moderately photo-damaged skin. Less aggressive than the 20% TCA helps with fine lines, sun damage and irregular pigmentation.

IPL PHOTOREJUVENATION
