TO BRENTWOOD LOCATION:
From Interstate:
Take I-65 (South from Nashville—North from Franklin) exit 74B-Old Hickory Blvd./Brentwood exit-West
Cross Franklin Pike; at second traffic light take LEFT onto Brentwood Blvd. Take the second street to the RIGHT onto Juris Lane. This will dead-end into the Creekside building. Once inside go to the LEFT side of the lobby. We are the second office on the right side of the hall…Suite 120.
From Franklin Rd:
(Coming from Franklin)
Take a LEFT onto Maryland Way--Go to second light and take a RIGHT onto Brentwood Blvd. Immediately get into the left lane and take the first left. This will automatically put you on Juris Lane which will dead-end into the Creekside building. Once inside go to the LEFT side of the lobby. We are the second office on the right side of the hall…Suite 120.
From Franklin Rd:
(Coming from Nashville)
Take a RIGHT onto Old Hickory Blvd. At second light take a LEFT onto Brentwood Blvd. Take the second street to the RIGHT onto Juris Lane. This will dead-end into the Creekside building. Once inside go to the LEFT side of the lobby. We are the second office on the right side of the hall… Suite 120.
From Granny White Pike:
Take Old Hickory Blvd. East. At the third traffic light turn RIGHT onto Brentwood Blvd. Take the second street to the RIGHT onto Juris Lane. This will dead-end into the Creekside building. Once inside go to the LEFT side of the lobby. We are the second office on the right side of the hall…Suite 120.
TO DICKSON LOCATION:
From Nashville:
Take I40 West to Dickson exit 172 (which is Hwy 46). Turn right onto Hwy 46 heading North. Go 1.8 miles and turn left into Crestview Park. Turn right into the first parking lot on your right. This is the Crestview 1 Building. We are located on the main floor, first office on the left.
From Fairview:
Take Hwy 100 heading West to Hwy 46. Turn right onto Hwy 46 heading North. Continue north on Hwy 46 approximately 9 miles and turn left into Crestview Park. Turn into the first parking lot on the right. This is the Crestview 1 Building. We are located on the main floor, first office on the left.
From Jackson:
Take I40 East to Dickson at exit 172 (which is Hwy 46). Turn right onto Hwy 46 heading south. Go 1.8 miles and turn left into Crestview Park. Turn into the first parking lot on the right. This is Crestview Park. We are located on the main floor, first office on the left.
From Columbia:
Take Hwy 7 North which becomes Hwy 46 after crossing Hwy 100. Go approximately 9 miles and turn left into Crestview Park. Turn into the first parking lot on your right. This is Crestview Park. We are located on the main floor, first office on the left.
